BY-LAW 4617/95
Being a by-law to appoint Penny L. Wyger as Town
Solicitor of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering,
effective June 5, 1995.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 207.45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass by-laws for
appointing such officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Penny L. Wyger is hereby appointed as Town Solicitor of The Corporation of the Town
of Pickering effective June 5, 1995.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of June, 1995.
