BY-LAW NO. 4607/95
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 21, Plan 434,
Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-12189 as
public highway (Woodview Drive).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 21, Plan 434,
Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-12189, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 21, Plan 434, Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-12189, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Woodview Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1st day of May, 1995.
