BY-LAW NO, 4599/95
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Block 17, Plan
40M-1282, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-16169 and that part of Lot 29, Concession 1,
Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-16169 as
public highway (Amberlea Road/Highview Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Block 17, Plan
40M-1282, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16169 and that part of Lot 29, Concession 1,
Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-16169 and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Part Block 17, Plan 40M-1282, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-16169, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Amberlea Road).
2. Part Lot 29, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-16169, is hereby dedicated
as public highway (Highview Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of April, 1995.
