WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 26, Plan 40M-1782,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 26, Plan 40M-1782, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Arcadia Square).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of March, 1995.
