BY-LAW NO,
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 7, Plan 40M-1703,
Pickering, as public highway (Aspen Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 7, Plan 40M-1703,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 7, Plan 40M-1703, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway (Aspen Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of March, 1995.
