BY-LAW NO,
Being a by-law to dedicate Blockx 16 and 18, Plan 40M-
1323, Pickering, as public highway (Aspen Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 16 and 18, Plan 40M-
I 323, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 16, Plan 40M-1323, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Aspen Road).
2. Block 18, Plan 40M-1323, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Aspen Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of March, 1995.
