BY-LAW NO, 4589/95
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 12, Plan
282, Pickering, designated as Parts 38, 40 and 42, Plan
40R-11205 (Oakburn StreeO as public highway (LD 9/95
and LD 10/95).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 12, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Parts 38, 40 and 42, Plan 40R-11205 and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 12, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 38, 40 and 42, Plan 40R-11205
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of March, 1995.
