BY-LAW NO, 4585/95
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 26, Plan 40M-1809,
Picketing as public highway (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 26, Plan 40M-1809,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 26, Plan 40M-1809, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of March, 1995.
