BY-LAW NUMBER 4575/95
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 55/74 to prohibit
heavy traffic on a portion of Pickering Parkway.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45,
s.210.123, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing ~nacted By-law
Number 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing hereby
enacts as follows:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law Number 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto the following item:
HIGHWAY FROM TO
Picketing Parkway Notion Road 395 metres west of Notion
Road
From I 1:00 p.m~ to 7:00 a.m seven days per week
2. This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of the
Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipalities Act,
I~S.O. 1990, Chap. I~8, s.34.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of February, 1995.
