BY-LAW NO. 4569/95
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, 9, 16, 24,
26, 29 and 30, Plan 40M-1792, Pickering, from part lot
control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 16, 24, 26, 29 and 30, Plan 40M-1792, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of February, 1995.
