BY-LAW NO. 4568 /95
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 34, Plan 40M-1689,
Pickering, (Stover CrescenO as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 34, Plan 40M-1689,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 34, Plan 40M-1689, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Stover Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of February, 1995.
