BY-LAW NUMBER 4993/97
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3037, as amended by
By-law 4804/96, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Picketing District
Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lot 7, Concession 5, in the Town of
Picketing A 1/94)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing passed By-law 4804/96, on
June 24, 1996, amending By-law 3037 on certain lands being Part of Lot 7, Concession 5, in the
Town of Picketing, to permit a golf course use, with an "(H)" holding symbol;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing now deems it
desirable to further amend By-law 3037, as amended by By-law 4804/96, to remove the "(H)"
holding symbol on the subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF TilE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 4804/96 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding symbol
preceding the zone category "A/GC" on Part of Lot 7, Concession 5, in the Town of
Picketing.
