Being a by-law to dedicate Block 39, Plan M-1226,
Pickering (McLeod CrescenO as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 39, Plan 40M-1226,
Pickering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 39, Plan M-1226, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (McLeod Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of April, 1997.
