BY-LAW NO. 4 9 81/9 7
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 45, Plan
350, Pickering, designated as Parts 4, 5 and 6, Plan 4OR-
17388, as public highway (Mountain Ash Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 45, Plan 350,
Pickering, designated as Parts 4, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-17388, (Mountain Ash Drive) and wishes to dedicate
them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 45, Plan 350, Pickering, designated as Parts 4, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-17388
(Mountain Ash Drive) are hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of April, 1997.
