BY-LAW NO. 4980/97
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 52 and 56, Plan 40M-
1866, Pickering (Mountain Ash Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 52 and 56, Plan 40M-
1866, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 52 and 56, Plan 40M-1866, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Mountain
Ash Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of April, 1997.
