BY-LAW NO. 4978/97
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law 2185/86,
respecting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and l 6, 17, 18 and l 9,
Plan 40M-1365, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 2185/86 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of April, 1997.
