BY-LAW NO. 4969/97
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 19,
Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 6, Plan 40R-
16090, as public highway (Clearside CourO.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Part Lot 19, Concession 2,
Pickering, designated as Part 6, Plan 40R-16090 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Part Lot 19, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 6, Plan 40R-16090 is hereby dedicated
as public highway (Clearside Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of April, 1997.
