BY-LAW NO. 4958/97
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 31,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-
16806, as public highway (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 31, Concession 1,
Pickering, designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-16806, (Rosebank Road) and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 31, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-16806 (Rosebank
Road) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of March, 1997.
