HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4957/97 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO, 4957/97 Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 7, Concession 5, Pickering designated as Parts 2, 4 and 6, Plan 4OR-17440 as public highway (Salem Road). WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 7, Concession 5, Pickering designated as Parts 2, 4 and 6, Plan 40R-17440 (Salem Road) and wishes to dedicate them as public highway. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Those parts of Lot 7, Concession 5, Pickering, designated as Parts 2, 4 and 6, Plan 40R-17440 (Salem Road) are hereby dedicated as public highway.
