BY-LAW NO, 4951/97
Being a By-Law of The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering to establish the reporting relationship of the
Town Solicitor.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and desirable to establish a direct reporting relationship of the Town
Solicitor to the Council;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Town Solicitor shall provide legal advice directly to the Council.
