BY-LAW NO. 4947/97
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 20, Plan 4OM-1728,
Pickering (Sandhurst Crescent) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 20, Plan 40M-1728,
Pickering (Sandhurst Crescent) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 20, Plan 40M-1728, Pickering (Sandhurst Crescent) is hereby dedicated as public
highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of March, 1997.
