BY-LAW NQ. 4945/97
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 22, Plan 40M-1727,
Pickering (Meldron Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 22, Plan 40M-1727,
Pickering (Meldron Drive) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 22, Plan 40M- 1727, Pickering (Meldron Drive) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of March, 1997.
