BY-LAW NO. 4944/97
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 16, Plan 40M-1861,
Pickering (Nordane Drive) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 16, Plan 40M-1861,
Picketing (Nordane Drive) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 16, Plan 40M-1861, Pickering (Nordane Drive) is hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of March, 1997.
