BY-LAW NO. 4942/97
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 3741/91,
3799/91 and3867~91, respecting Blockx 18 to 22, inclusive,
Blocks 24 to 31, inclusive, Plan 40M-1643, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council ora municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 3741/91, 3799/91 and 3867/91 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of March, 1997.
