HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4919/97 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 4919/97 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Development Agreement and related documentation respecting the development of turning circles at the end of part of the closed Road Allowance between Lots 14 and 15, Concession 7, Pickering, designated as Parts' 1, 2 and 3, Plan 4OR-17428 [Clublink Corporation]. WHEREAS, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed a by-law to close-up and sell part of the Road Allowance between Lots 14 and 15, Concession 7, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-17428; and WHEREAS, Clublink Corporation desires to enter into a Development Agreement with the Town to provide for the construction of turning circles at the ends of the closed road allowance; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. (a) Thc Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Development Agreement prepared in a form satisfactory to the Town Solicitor, between Clublink Corporation and The Corporation of the Town of Pickering, respecting the development of turning circles on land abutting the closed Road Allowance between Lots 14 and 15, Concession 7, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-17428. (b) The Corporation of the Town of Pickering shall acquire those lands or interests in the lands identified in Schedule A of the Development Agreement subject to the terms and conditions and for the purposes set out therein.
