BY-LAW NO. 49 17/9 7
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of the Road
Allowance between Lots 14 and 15, Concession 7,
Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, Plan 40R-
16733 as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of the Road Allowance
between Lots 14 and 15, Concession 7, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, Plan 40R-16733 and
wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporatio~ of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of the Road Allowance between Lots 14 and 15, Concession 7, Pickering, designated as
Parts 1,2, 3 and 4, Plan 40R-16733, are hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of February, 1997.
