BY-LAW NO. 4906/97
Being a bydaw to exempt Blocks 43 and 44, Plan 4OM-
1 700, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the pro¥isions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands described
as follows:
Blocks 43 and 44, Plan 40M-1700, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of January, 1997.
