That Councillor Ryan seconded by Councillor Johnson took leave to introduce By-laws of
the Town of Pickering:
By-law Number 4960/97
Being a by-law to amend By-law 3854/91, amended November I, 1993 by By-law
4338/93, respecting the payment of Development Charges,
THIRD READING:
Councillor Ryan, seconded by Councillor Johnson moved that the report of the Committee
of the Whole on By-law Number 4960/97 be adopted and the said by-law be now read a
third time and PASSED and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal of the
Corporation be affixed thereto.
