respccting the purchasc of ihc subject lands for road widcning purposes along Dixie Road.
The ncquisition of those Innds hns bcen finalizcd and Plnnning nnd Devclopmcnt udviscs that construction
is sufticicnt to allow dcdication. Ennctmcnt of thc attachcd by-law will authorizc such dedicntion.
