RECOMIvIENDATION:
A bylew should be enacted to rcpeal Part Lot Control Bylaw 4905/97.

By-law 4905/97 enacted by Council on Janunry 20,1997.

BACKGROUND:
By-luw 4905/97 wos enacted to exempt the above-mantioned lots on Plen 40M-1861, Pickering
from the Pert Lot Control provisions of ihe Plonning Acr, thereby pertnitting the transfer of the
dwelling units constructed thereon into separate owncrship.
Such a trensCer has now been wmpleted and therefore Bylaw 4905/97 should be repealed.
