Bylaw 4923/97 enacted by Council on October 2,1997.
AUTHORITY: Plonning Acl, R.S.O.1990, chapler P.13, seclfon S0.
FMANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: None.
BACKGROUND:
By-Inw 4923/97 was euacted to exempt !he nbove-mcntioned lots on Plen 40M•1810, Pickering
from the Part Lot Control provisions of ihe Planntng Act, thereby pem�itting the transfer of the
dwelling wits constructed thcreon inro sepernte owncrship.
5uch transfers havc now been completed end thereforc Dy-laws 4923/97 should bc rcpcaled.
