and Hlceks on Plnn 40M•14l5, Pickering from the Purt Lot Control provisions of Q�e Planning
Acl, thercby permiuing thc trnnsfer of the dwelling unil conswctcd thercon into sepnmte
ownership.
Such transfers have now been completed and iherefore By-laws �2507/87, N2590/87 and
k2362/87 should be repealed.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisiom of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chnpter P.13,
the council of a municipaliry may rcpeal a PaR Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS;
1: Bylaws R2507/87, N2590/87:md �2362/87 are hercby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and t�ird time and finally passed this 9th day of btarch,1998.
