BACKGROUND:
By-lnws N2536/87 end #2347/86 were rnactcd to exempt the above•men6oned lots on Plan 40M-
1423, Pickering from ihe Part Lot Convol provisions of the Planning Acl, thcreby permitting thc
transfer of the dwelling wits constructed thercon into separate ownorship.
Such hansfers heve now been completed and therefore By-laws H2536J87 and H2347/86 should
be repealed.
