Adoption of Minutes The Minutes of the November 8, 2001 meeting were adopted with the following amendment: Other Business Item#1 was amended by adding `Rotary Frenchman's Bay West Park Plan Public Meeting'. 2. Delegations • Larry Field spoke briefly concerning the ongoing Frenchman's Bay Rehabilitation Project which has been in progress for the past 3 1/2 years. • Gord McPherson distributed copies a Workshop Questionnaire and information on A Community Workshop both concerning Rotary Frenchman's Bay West Park. (Attached) 3. Monarch Trail—Update from Sub-Committee David Steel was unable to attend this evenings meeting and advised that an update from the Sub- Committee concerning the Monarch Trail would be made at the next Waterfront Coordinating Committee meeting. 4. Waterfront Entertainment and Activities—Update from Sub-Committee This update will be presented at the next Waterfront Coordinating Committee meeting. 5. Other Business o Jim Dike advised that there is a possibility that the storm sewer at the bottom of Sunrise Ave. may have a project put in place on the demonstration of end of pipe solution on site basis that would improve several aspects of it. A manufacturer has a new end of pipe solution and is anxious to get one in the GTA area and is willing to put one in at a very reasonable cost on a trial basis. Larry advised that some work is being done with Jamie Bronsema and Darrell Selsky to arrive at a plan to deal with the erosion. Larry further stated that if the end of pipe solution is a pilot project it may be one of the solutions to implement the recommendations coming out of the study. 6.
