Information Report 6/91 was given by Lisa Goodman, Planner.

2. Joseph A. Skapura, Mallpaks Dev. Ltd., stated that the
"Highway Industrial-Commercial II designation is
inappropriate and is requesting that the zoning permit
genera 1 retail and offi ce uses on the property. He added
that he has a tenant for the building with 30,000 square
feet. that office space will be available. that a bridge
will be built over the creek and that all Town. Region. and
agency concerns will be addressed.
3. George Martin asked if landscaping and aesthetic
improvements have been addressed and stated that the
proposal should complement the Main Central Area.

Catheri ne Rose responded that all concerns wi 11 be
addressed in the Planning Recommendation Report.
