COUGHLAN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BROCK ROAD AND FINCH AVENUE 1. An explanation of the proposed adopting by-law was given by Catherine Rose, Manager, Policy Division. 2. An explanation of the proposed adopting by-law was given by Catherine Rose, Manager, Policy Division. 2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the proposed adopting by-law. (III) PROPOSED ADOPTING BY-LAW 3873/91 FOR OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT NUMBER 66 OPA 88-94/P SUBMITTED BY 777934 ONTARIO LTD. ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF KINGSTON ROAD EAST OF SOUTHVIEW DRIVE 1. He objected to the height and density of the amendment and stated that there has been no meeting with the developer to settle area residents' concerns. 3. Catherine Rose stated that the proposal is for an Official Plan Amendment and that design and site specific data will be considered at a later date. (IV) PROPOSED ADOPTING BY-LAW 3874/91 FOR OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT NUMBER 67 OPA 90-27/P SUBMITTED BY VIDINOVSKI ON THE EAST SIDE OF BROCK ROAD SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 401 1. Councillor Van Kempen declared an interest as his office is located in the subject building. 1.
