A Statutory Public Meeting was held by the Pickering Town
Council on Monday, February 12, 1990 at 7:30 p.m.

(I) DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISION l8T-8908l AND REZONING
APPLICATION A 47/88 SUBMITTED BY SARKON CONSTRUCTION
AND FAMDOR RESEARCH ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
FINCH AVENUE AND LIVERPOOL ROAD
1.
An explanation of the application, as outlined in
Information Report No. 10/90, was given by Jeff Cole,
Planner.
2. Mr. Ampi Krishnor, representing the applicant, stated
that there should not be a walkway connecting to Finch
Avenue in this plan of subdivision because it will
infringe on privacy.
3. The applicant stated that this plan of subdivision
will complete the street and housing and requested
that the walkway be deleted.

that he had no comments wi th respect to the
