A Statutory Public Meeting was held by the Pickering Town
Council on Monday, February 26, 1990 at 7:30 p.m.

(I) DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISION l8T-8l038(REVISED) AND
REZONING APPLICATION AllO/8l(REVISED) SUBMITTED BY
BRAMALEA LTD. WEST OF PINE GROVE AVENUE
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in
Information Report No. 15/90, was given by Jeffrey
Cole, Planner.

Konrad Wanner, 1812 Pi ne Grove Avenue, asked about
future development in the area and access to Pine
Grove Avenue and to Fi nch Avenue, the provi si on of a
wal kway and who will bear the cost of improvements to
Pine Grove Avenue and Woodview Avenue.

3. Terry Nuspl, 140 Woodview Drive, stated the
development will add further congestion to Twyn Rivers
Drive and asked when the traffic study for the area is
to be completed.
4. Chrys ta 1 Gerri ck , 1853 Pi ne Grove Avenue, a sked if
vegetation and trees will be preserved.
5. Dianne Sutter, Bramalea Limited, stated she will
supply a comprehensive plan showing development to the
north and south of this proposal.

Taylor, Planner.
2. A resident inquired about the boundary line fencing
contained with the development agreement.
(III) REZONING APPLICATION A41/89 SUBMITTED BY MACDONELL
MACDONELL INV. LTD. ON THE WEST SIDE OF SPRUCE HILL
DRIVE, NORTH OF THE CNR-RIGHT-OF WAY
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in
Information Report No. 16/90, was given by Jeffrey
Cole, Planner.

There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the
application.
