Town Council on Monday, March 26, 1990 at 7:30 p.m.

(I) REZONING APPLICATION A50/89 SUBMITTED BY 285794 ONTARIO LIMITED
ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LIVERPOOL ROAD AND BAYLY STREET
1.
An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information
Report No. 27/90, was given by Neil Carroll, t1anager - Current
Operations Division.

2. Clifford Corman, on behalf of the applicant, stated agreement
has been obtained from CN Rail with respect to setbacks, a
traffic impact study has been done and the gas bar has been
integrated in the plan to match the office building.
3. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the
application.
(II) MINISTER'S ZONING ORDER AMENDMENT APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY
D. PLOURDE ON THE EAST SIDE OF SIDELINE 6 IN CONCESSION 8
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information
Report No. 25/90, was given by Lisa Goodman, Planner.
2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the
application.

P. WELLMAN ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CONCESSION 8 ROAD AND
SIDELINE 12
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information
Report No. 26/90, was given by Neil Carroll, Manager - Current
Operations Division.
2. There were no comments in favour of or opposed to the proposal.
