Taylor - Deputy Cl erk - Manager - Current Operations Division - Manager - Policy and Information Division - Planner - Planner ~ (I) REZONING APPLICATION A2/90 SUBMITTED BY N. KAOUKAKIS AND G. PAPADOPOULUS ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FI NCH AVENUE AND BROCK ROAD 1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Informati on Report 32/90, was gi ven by Lynda Taylor, Planner. 2. Hugh Taylor, Architect on behalf of the applicant, was in attendance to respond to any concerns. 3. Dave Kolenousky, 767 Pebble Court, stated that traffic on Brock Road is very busy and asked about access to the proposed plaza. -. (II) REZONING APPLICATION A60/89 SUBMITTED BY LOUIS MONDOUX ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CONCESSION 3 ROAD IN CHERRYWOOD 1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information Report 33/90, was given by Jeffrey Cole, Planner. 2. Liz Harding, representing the applicant, asked for clarification on the Health Department1s comments regardi ng sewage capaci ty and di sposal system. She stated there will be no alteration to the interior or exterior of the building and that the rezoning request is to legalize the existing non-conforming business use. 3. There were no comments from those in favour of or opposed to the application. .... 2 (III) REZONING APPLICATION A30/89 SUBMITTED BY GARTHWOOD HOMES ON LINWOOD STREET '-' 1. Carl Boynton, 2481 Linwood Street, stated the lot was not included in the original subdivision plan and objected to the request to sever and develop it. He stated an additional lot will add to traffic congestion and will be a safety hazard to area chil dren. (IV) REZONING APPLICATION A24/88 SUBMITTED BY TORGAN DEVELOPMENTS LTD. ON THE NORTH SIDE OF KINGSTON ROAD, EAST OF LIVERPOOL ROAD 1. Franklin Glasier, on behalf of the applicant, requested support and stated the proposal will not adversely affect the present pl aza and that parki ng has been addressed. -- (V) REZONING APPLICATIONS A38/87, A8/89 and A20/89 SUBt1ITTED BY 786105 ONTARIO LTD. AND BRC REALTY LTD. ON THE EAST SIDE OF WHITES ROAD, SOUTH OF FINCH AVENUE 1 . Dave Kul onosk i , questi oned the frontages of the properties and stated there was objection to the proposed mix.
