Goodman - Town Manager - Deputy Cl erk - Director of Planning - Manager - Policy and Information Division - Planner - Planner ABSENT: Councillor Johnson (I) OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT 90-27/P AND REZONING APPLICATION M/90 SUBMITTED BY B. & M. VIDINOVSKI ON THE EAST SIDE OF BROCK ROAD, SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 401 -- 1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Information Report #39/90, was given by Brendan Avery, Planner. 2. The applicant stated that his request is for only 30% of the building to be rezoned for a tenant. (II) REZONING APPLICATION A12/90 SUBMITTED BY 601842 ONTARIO LTD. (DR. WEBER) AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF WHITES ROAD AND SHEPPARD AVENUE 1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in Informati on Report #38/90, was gi ven by Li sa Goodman, Planner. 2. The applicant's agent stated that a fence will be erected and a tree planted in order to address the concerns of the abutting property and that this application is for a temporary use only. .... 2 . (11) 3. Syl vi a Spencer, 771 Sheppard Avenue, spoke in opposition to the application. She stated there was discussion regarding the possibility of using the proposed Dunfair Medical Centre for additional parking spaces or renti ng hydro 1 ands. She expressed concern with respect to pedestrian safety, insufficient number of parking spaces being created and asked if the temporary use would become a permanent use. She suggested that the appl icant either rent the adjacent hydro lands or relocate. 4. Audrey Corbett, 696 Sheppard Avenue, abutting property owner, objected to the application. She expressed her concern with respect to the val ue of her property, exhaust fumes affecting the health of her family and the temporary use becoming a permanent use.
