(I) OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONING APPLICATION All/90
SUBMITTED BY ZORKY HOLDINGS LTD. ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
PICKERING PARKWAY, WEST OF THE ONTARIO HYDRO CORRIDOR
STREET
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in
Information Report #41/90, was given by Brendan Avery,
Planner.

(II) REZONING APPLICATION A22/90 SUBMITTED BY INOVEST INC.
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BROCK ROAD AND ORANGEBROOK
COURT
1. An explanation of the application, as outlined in
Information Report #42/90, was given by Lisa Goodman,
Pl anner.
2. Sal Cremie, on behalf of the appl icant, stated that his
client has more repair business than sales and that the
requested use is compatible.

Dougl as Hill, 2288 Chapman Court, stated that a 1 etter of
objection has been submitted from residents on Chapman
Court who back on to the subject property. He added that
the application submitted from the owner of 1664 Middleton
Street was refused.
