A Statutory Public Meeting was held by the Pickering Town
Council on Monday, December 3, 1990 at 7:30 p.m.

1. The Di rector of P1 anni I1g gave an exp1 anati on of the
application.
2. Mr. Richard Sabourin, representing the applicant,
stated that the applicant has owned the land for
approximately 20 years and commenced development of it
two years ago. This draft plan of subdivision will
create six lots of which three will be developed by
family members.
