6~ l'·rrJssm1. RE-ORGANIZATION -
The Chairman asked if t11ere ';¡ere any suggestions" as re-
quested at the last meetiag, regarding the _ ._'-arrangement of
displays. Mrs. Earle presented a slightly :::-;;vised plan
£OT 'che re-location of the entrance desk. This would seem
better situated on the east side of the doo~iaY6 thus
l:;;avingthe west side free to begin the sequential display
oi items starting ~lith the Indian artifacts and progressing
around the room to the Vic"torian Room which could be arranged
in the small north-east ante-room. A discussion followed
and it '¡¡as decided that several present displays must be
moved and some stored to allow for better presentation of
the HUSeili1t'S possessions. Hrs. Earle asked that anything
moved be catalogued as this would be a start to this task.
Mrs. Spang mentioned that a number of people by-pass the
Muse~~ building and tour the grounds without paying. It
ilas therefore suggested that fences be erected from the gate
to either side of the entrance door so that vi3ito~s \lould
only enter and leave through the Museum using the emergency
door as their me~1S of getting to and from the grounds.
i::OVED by Nr. Hiller # seconded by Nr.. Parkin that the plan
for the entrance desk be approved, also that the suggested
f8nces be erected..
C<"\.RRIED.
It was agreed that Board members should meet at the Museum
at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 15th to further evaluate the
movi~g of displays and to discover what storage space is
available.

if it can be revitalized.

Vlas brought up to date on some of the Huselli~'s history"

help at the Þ--luseum at busy times Nr.. Dickson suggested that
a possible answer might lie in recruiting active pensioners.
This was felt to be a good idea and is to be considered.
