BY--LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law of the Corporation of t_he
Town of Pickering to authorize the execution
of an Amending Agreement to the Lookout Point
Subdivision Agreement dated December 3rd 1973,
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Dungarvan Investments Limited,
Gillingham Investments Limited and Highcroft
Investments Limited carrying on business
under the firm name and style of Lookout
Point Developments (Plan M-1411)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE. TOWN OF PICI:ER1NG HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:.
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an Amending Agreement
to the Lookout Point Subdivision Agreement
dated December 3rd 1973, between the Corp-
oration of the Town of Pickering and Dungarvan
Investments Limited, Gillingham Investments
Limited and Highcroft Investments Limited
carrying on business under the firm name
and style of Lookout Point Developments
(Plan M-1017)
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of 1977.
