THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER } $ ? q
Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of a Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Canadian Tire Corporation Limited with
respect to Block A and Part of Block B,
Plan M-998 and Part of Lot 22, Concession. 1.
WHEREAS by Resolution 304/74 passer on December 16th, 1974,
the Council of the Town of Pickering approved an amendment
to Restricted Area By-law 3036 on condition that the owner
of the subject lands enter into a satisfactory Site Plan
Agreement with the Town of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPOFATION OF T14E TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, That the Mayor and Clark be authorized to execute a
Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Canadian Tire Corporation
Limited with respect to Block A and Part of Block B,
Plan M-998 and Part of Lot 22, Concession 1, Town of
Pickering.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this
19th day of December, 1977.
