DISPOSITION
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICIKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 1 ? { 77
Being a By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to appoint a Town Clerk.
WHEREAS Section 352 (63) of the Municipal Act, Revised
Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, authorizes the appointment
of certain officers for the purpose of the Corporation;
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That Mr. Bruce Taylor be and is hereby appointed
Clerk of theCorporation of the Town of Pickering,
effective October 31st 1977.
(b) That the duties of the said Clerk shall be those
as defined in Article 215 (1) of The Municipal Act.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
14 day of 9j! 9ir 1 1977.

that the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk sign the same, and the
Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
