Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Drainage Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Robert Bruce Carnegie and Bernice Grace
Carnegie with respect to Lot 65, Plan 350
(LD166/77)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS;
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a
Drainage Plan Agrer_ment between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Robert Bruce
Carnegie and Bernice Grace Carnegie with respect
to Lot 65, Plan 350 (LD166/7,7).
By-law read a first. second and third time and PASSED
this day of 1977.
