Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Patrick John McCarthy and Murray Gallagher
with respect to Part Lot 19, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession, Town of Pickering
(P CA 4/77)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation
of theTown of Pickering and Patrick John
McCarthy and Murray Gallagher with respect to
Part Lot 19, Ran,7e 3, Broken Front Concession,
Town of Pickering (P CA 4/77).
By-law read `a first, secondr_and third time and PASSED
this day of 1977.
