Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale
between the Corporation of the Town of
P ckering,as,Vendor,and Giuseppe Nesci,
as Purchaser,resp--cting'Lot 95, Plan 816,
Town of Pickering
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the Owner
of Lot 95, Plan 816, Town of Pickering, pursuant to The Tax
Registration Procedures in The Municipal Affairs Act, R.S.O.
1970, c.118, as amended;
AND WHEREAS by Resolution 74/77, dated May 2nd, 1977 the Carr,
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering accepted the Tender,
dated March 29, 1977, of Giuseppe Nesci for the purchase of the
said lot,
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN Of
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
an Agreement of Purchase and Sale between thr
Corporation of the Town of Pickering, as Vendor,
and Giuseppe Nesci, as Purchaser, with respect to
the sale of Lot 95, Plan 816, Town of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this day of 7r 1977.
